  1. Deepest condolences to all of Verinda’s family. I had the privilege and honor of having Verinda as a friend ever since we met in Cégep in Gaspe years ago. I will always cherish the memories we shared – Verinda had such an infectious laugh and sincere smile. May she rest in peace.

  2. I have known Verinda since she started working in accounting. The last time I saw her was at her retirement party. She was taken much too soon.

  3. Verinda is a very special Lady. We grew up next door to each other and never ever lost contact. A lady never seen without a smile and a kind word for all. After her move to Edmonton, Anthony and Emma were always mentioned with love and pride and their two young girls were her pride and joy. Always saw her when she came home to visit with her family. She will always be remembered with love! 🙏🏻🩷

  4. My condolences to Anthony, Emma and their daughters, and her family. I am so lucky to have called her my friend. We met through the Oliver Community League. Verinda was my Tuesday night walking partner, travel buddy, and festival goer. Verinda was alot of fun with a great laugh. She was a true Taurus… outspoken, dependable and hard working. I will miss you.
Those we love don’t go away,
    They walk beside us everyday!

  5. It was with such sadness that I learned of Verinda’s passing. She was always happy and full of life and appreciative of it all. One of the last things she wrote to me in her annual Christmas card was that she loved her life! I met Verinda at CEGEP in Gaspe over 50 years ago and we remained friends ever since.
My deepest condolences go out to her family and friends and especially to Emma, Anthony and their family, who took such good care of her.
Verinda was a great lady, I will miss her. May she rest in peace.

  6. Sorry to hear of Verinda passing.

She was a large part of your family unit and I know she will be missed.
