Rosa Francisca Rodas Samayoa

Rosa Francisca Rodas Samayoa passed away on June 1st, 2026 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 91.

Born on October 4th, 1934 in El Salvador, she immigrated to Canada with her young family during the Salvadoran Civil War.

She is predeceased by her mother and father, Manuela Ceron and Timoteo Rodriguez, and her son, Juan Antonio Molina.

She is survived by her husband, Antonio Rodas, and her 6 children, who have blessed her with 23 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Alongside Antonio, to whom she was married for 61 years, she was an active member in her parish community and dedicated her life to God, her family, and her friends.

She loved gardening, feeding her birds, and seeing all her beautiful plants and flowers in bloom.
