Linda led a remarkable life filled with hard work, love, and laughter. Known affectionately as "Nana" by many, she was cherished for her quick wit, generous heart, and infectious laughter. Her entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly throughout her life as she owned several businesses. In 1978, she opened The Grinder Restaurant in Edmonton, which became a beloved staple for the community. Linda also dedicated nearly three decades to working at The Brick before retiring at the age of 78.

A pillar of support to those around her, Linda was known for helping others through difficult times and offering advice when it was needed. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel like family—she truly was "everyone's Nana." Her kindness and wisdom left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Linda is survived by her only daughter Natalie Rae; grandson Leighton Rae (Adrianna); grandchildren Falynn and Everett; sisters Diane (Erik Schmidt) and Goldie (Andy Martin); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Maren Jorgensen and her sisters and 1 brother, Erna, Olga, Elsie, Marie, Austin, Loretta, and Virginia.

Cremation has taken place in accordance with Linda's wishes. No funeral service will be held.

Linda will be forever missed by her family and countless friends whose lives she touched so deeply. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
