  5. Hi Pat & Ross,

Well Walter has not had an easy time of it much less his caregivers. As soon as I read the Obituary it brought back some many memories of the both of you.
Just to let you know that Sandy and myself are thinking about you at this time and the time you will now have without him.
Relish and remember the good old days” that the both of you had with Walter.

  6. Dear Pat and Ross: I’m so sad to hear of Walter’s passing, and your great loss. You were such a team. I think of you all often, with fondness. I hope that you derive some comfort from the many lives you both have touched. Fond regards, Marlyn

  7. We are so deeply saddened to learn of Walters passing. Though it’s a great loss for you and Ross, Pat, we’re sure that is a relief to him to be free of his suffering. I remember how frustrated he was when the implant affected his speech. Our thoughts are with you both now and in the coming days.

  8. Pat,
Steve and I are very sorry for your loss. Take care, Suzanne

  9. Mr French was a great teacher and friend. I was in his home room in 1964-65 and valued my time with him. I had not seen him for many years, but will never forget him. I was said to learn of his passing, and it was nice to see his photo on this memoriam page. Many thanks to him for his kindness and support long ago.

  10. Dear Pat,

We’re reminiscing about you two today then discovered and read the news about Walter. Am embarrassed and apologize for not reaching out sooner.
His natural way of caring for all individuals was truly genuine.
Very smart, worldly wonderful man, had the great fortune of having him as my teacher for my years over at McNally.
He played a big part in my life and I respected him immensely.
You guys were incredibly supportive for us during a difficult time and we will never forget Walter and you of course as well Pat.
    Sincerest regards,

  11. I am curious if this is the same Walter French who used to work at Kelvinator in Ontario many years ago..Do I remember that face? So sorry for your loss.
