It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to my husband, our beloved father, grandfather, family member and friend to many, Andrew Seng-Lok Lee, who passed away on January 20, 2026 at the age of 89 years old.

He will always be lovingly remembered by his wife Anne Liang-Sim Lee; his daughter Karen Lee; his son Mark Lee and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Stickney-Lee; his grandchildren Matthew and Rebecca Lee; survived by his two older sisters and one younger brother living in Malaysia and Singapore. He is also loved by many other family members and friends.

Andrew was born on the island of Penang, Malaysia on March 7, 1936 into a family of eleven children. He got married on June 9, 1968 and after having his two children, made the decision to move to Canada for better opportunities for his children. He worked in Canada in the auto industry following his love of cars and participated into his 70s in badminton. Andrew loved to enjoy food and his passion for sports carried to his grandchildren.

The family wishes to extend their many thanks to all those who have been a part of his life and enriched it. Sincere appreciation to the staff of the Cross Cancer Institute and Sturgeon Community Hospital for their care.

Memorial donations in his honor may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
