Hazel Turner
The family is saddened to announce the passing of their dear Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Hazel will be remembered by sons David (Debbie), Bill (Brenda), Peter (Lady), and daughter Jean (Don) Easton; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; siblings Gordon Cooper, Wendy Harley, Robert Cooper and their families; extended family members, and wonderful friends. She was predeceased by Al, her beloved husband of 59 years, and grandson Paul.
Hazel enjoyed traveling, time at the lake cabin, and playing bridge. We are so thankful for her long and happy life and will remember her with much, much love.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army (Alberta Division), Edmonton Humane Society or Pilgrims Hospice Society (Home Visiting Hub).
Hazel was one of a kind. I will always remember her smirk and giggle when telling stories of her youth with my Mom, Marilyn.
Wine Wednesday will always hold dear memories . She was gracious and thoughtful and beautiful inside and out.
Another angel has her wings.
