Louise Opal Hagen (nee Torgersen)
With heavy hearts the family of Louise Hagen is sad to announce the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great great grandmother.
Louise passed away peacefully at the Sturgeon Hospital surrounded by family.
She was predeceased by her husband Arthur, son Terry, daughter Holly and son Dean. She has left to mourn her 8 surviving children and their families. She is survived by 3 brothers and their families.
Louise was a much loved mother of 11.
Louise was a well known grandmother in St. Albert, looking after many families children, she was so loved by everyone she was known as Gramma Lou.
The family gives special thanks to the Citadel Care Centre for the excellent loving care she received there. Also the excellent care she received at the Sturgeon Hospital helping us all through Louise's transition to a new life in Joy and Peace.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Citadel Care Centre would be appreciated.
You made the world a better place for all of us Louise and we will miss your lovely presence.

I’m sorry to hear about passing of your mom and grandmother. Sean and I want to pass on our sincerest condolences to Mark , Scott and the rest of their family . Our condolences to all the family. I really admired Louise and enjoyed seeing her on my family trips to St. Albert. She always seemed to have a lot of energy and loved to talk. A bright and friendly woman. Our hearts go out to you all.
