Mogens Peter Goodhelpsen

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mogens Peter Goodhelpsen announce the peaceful passing of their beloved husband and father after a brave fight with cancer on the 25th of August 2026.

Mogens leaves behind ,Ruth a beloved wife of 64 years , a son Tommy ,and daughter, Marianne who loved him dearly along with many  nieces and nephews.

Mostly know as Moe, Busser,  and Uncle Busser, came to Canada from Denmark in 1961 to marry his beloved Ruth spending almost 65 years together.

Mogens was a talented Bricklayer who became most well known throughout Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and Edmonton co-founder of E & M Brick and Block. He created some beautiful stonework through the years.

A family man as well as an avid Oilers and Elks fan ,he also had big love for animals and his Gran-dogs through the years and would do anything for them.
His motto was often,  "do it anyways"

He will be deeply missed by many and leaves a big hole. There will always be an extra chair for Dad ....
