It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Rose Tourangeau (née Crackston) on September 10, 2025, at the age of 72, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born on October 26, 1952, Sharon lived a life full of love, laughter, and adventure. She was a beautiful, happy, and loving spirit who brought joy to everyone around her. Sharon was always up for a good time and cherished making memories with family and friends.

She will be forever missed by her beloved son Ryan Crackston (Amy), as well as her cherished grandsons Tyler, Tanner, and Logan Crackston, who brought endless light to her life.

Sharon is greatly missed, loved and survived by her siblings Judy Brady (Bill), Betty Hakes (Glenn), and Jim Crackston (Brenda). She is predeceased by her loving husband Louis Tourangeau; her sister Charlotte Sommers (née Crackston) and husband Gerry Sommers; and her parents Ann Rose Crackston (née Kellner) and Thomas James Crackston.

Sharon loved to travel, with family trips to Mexico holding a special place in her heart. She also enjoyed the outdoors—fishing, camping, and spending time in nature. Most of all, she treasured every moment spent with her family, especially her son and grandsons.

She faced her short cancer journey with tremendous courage and strength, inspiring all who knew her. Sharon will be lovingly remembered by so many family members and friends who were blessed to share in her life.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and her joyful spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.

A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at a later date.
