He died of aspirating pneumonia, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and quiet strength that will be remembered by all who knew him.

Peter was the beloved son of the late Peter and Katherine, and he carried the lessons of their lives with him throughout his own. He was a devoted husband to Connie, a proud and caring father to Warren, Deborah, and Michelle, and a cherished brother to Terry and Sharon. He was also a treasured grandfather to Noah (also now known as Solomon). His family was at the center of his life, and he gave them his time, his encouragement, and his unwavering support in every season.

A man of deep Christian faith, Peter lived with a spirit of humility and gratitude. His faith was not only something he professed, but something he practiced through the way he treated others. He was known as loving, generous, and faith-filled, and those qualities were evident in the way he welcomed people, offered help without hesitation, and carried himself with grace. He had a calm presence and a dependable nature that made others feel at ease in his company.

Peter pursued his education at Royal Military College in Kingston, and later became a Journeyman Millwright and Carpenter, building a foundation of discipline, skill, and perseverance that served him well throughout his working life. He went on to work in construction management, where he earned respect for his practical knowledge, strong work ethic, and ability to lead with fairness and integrity. He approached his work with the same dedication he brought to his family and community, and he was admired for his reliability and professionalism.

Beyond his career, Peter found joy in the outdoors, where he appreciated the beauty and peace of nature. He also enjoyed painting and woodworking, creative pursuits that reflected his patience, craftsmanship, and appreciation for making something lasting and meaningful. Whether he was spending time outside, working with his hands, or creating something from his imagination, he found satisfaction in simple and honest labor. He is survived by his wife, Connie; his son, Warren; his daughters, Deborah and Michelle; his brother, Terry (Laurie); his sister, Sharon (Keith); his grandson, Noah (also now known as Solomon); and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Katherine. Though his earthly journey has ended, the influence of his life remains deeply rooted in the hearts of his family and friends.
