  1. Joe Macedo was the BEST father-in-law I could ever hope for. I loved him very much! He adored my two sons Julian and Jordan. He will live on in my heart forever! I wish to extend my sincere condolences and prayers for Lucy Macedo, and the entire Macedo family.

  2. Dear Ben and Elizabeth
I was honoured to be part of Joe’s life as his nurse in the clinic. He was a pleasure to work with and tried hard to work through his health issues. Even when he was frustrated he always had a special smile for me. Wishing you both strength and comfort as you say goodbye to your father. He will be missed. Hugs for you.
    Johanna Buisman.

I am so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. He was truly a kind and considerate person and I always enjoyed our visits in my Edmonton years. I believe his focus was always his family, and he lived a long and full life surrounded by love.

I’ll always remember him trying to get me to 1) eat, and 2) quit flying. He was a wonderful gentleman, thoughtful and generous with his time, and he will be missed greatly.

Thinking of you at this difficult time.

    Eric
