Dale Nicholas Krevenchuk

February 6, 1961 - August 17, 2018

On Friday August 17, 2018 Dale passed away at the age of 57 years old.  Dale is survived by: his loving wife Tammy (Andruchow); sisters: Elaine and Sandra, brother Murray and his wife Jean as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.  Dale was pre deceased by his parents Nick and Marion.
