David Sharp

David Sharp of Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 1, at the age of 90, in Edmonton, Alberta surrounded by his family; wife (Florence) and sons Graham (Shelley) and Gavin.

David was born on April 26, 1933 in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland, the son of Norman Sharp and Annie (Nicholson) Sharp.  He married Florence Fraser in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland on September 24, 1955.

David is survived by his wife of 67 years, Florence (Fraser) Sharp.  Also, two sons including Graham Sharp  (Shelley) of Edmonton, Alberta and Gavin Sharp of Etobicoke, Ontario.  Survivors also include his sister Norma Livingstone (David).  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister(Anna Fairholne) and brother (William Sharp).

David was a long-standing member of the Masonic Lodge and was Past Master of Masonic Bridgewood Lodge.

David fondly remembered his time as an employee of Hoskins Alloys (Canada and USA) for 43 years.  David travelled extensively as a sales rep all over the world and enjoyed meeting people of different cultures and traditions.
