On Monday November 20, 2023 Dimitrios Jim Fetokakis of Edmonton, AB peacefully passed away at the age of 74 in the comfort of his home after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

Dimitrios will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years Argiro; his four children: Michael, Kostas, Eleni and Pantelis; his three sisters; Argiro, Chariklia and Toula as well as his numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
He was predeceased by his parents; Michalis and Eleni and his younger brother; Stefanos.

Born in Vasileoniko, Chios, Greece and immigrating to Canada in 1973. A devoted husband, father, entrepreneur, brother, and friend to many. He became a pillar in his community through his business Omonia Foods Import. The simplest pleasures of life brought great joy to Dimitri. He loved tending to his beautiful gardens and appreciating nature. His love for animals was evident but most of all he loved birds. Dimitri may you watch over us all and protect us from the trials and tribulations of life. May you fly across the blue sky as free as a bird and feel the freedom underneath your wings.
