The family of George Houle are devastated to announce his passing on July 26, 2022 at the age of 81 years.
He is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife Fae "Florence", His children; Denis (Chris), and Selene (Heather), and his grandchildren; Nicole and Dominic. He also leaves siblings; Lucien, Jeanne, Roger, Leon (Shirley), Camile, Paul, Robert (Linda) and Carmen (Mike), brother-in-law Larry Comeau, and numerous other relatives.
He was predeceased by his parents, Emilia and Arthur. He had also lost his sisters, Cecil and Lillian and brother Eugene, sisters-in-law Sheila and Josephine Houle, and brother-in-law Maurice Mercier.
George's family would like to extend their appreciation for the care and comfort provided by the Cross Cancer Institute and the University Hospitals, during such a difficult time.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations in George's name may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute of Alberta.
A Celebration of George's Life will be held on Saturday August 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Dominic Savio Parish,14406 62 Street. Edmonton, AB
