Jacob Frank Donald SALMONDS
February 23, 1995 - May 26, 2021
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob on May 26, 2021, in Edmonton, Alberta, at the age of 26.
Loving son of Jim and Lorna (Cockburn) Salmonds of Prince Edward Island, and cherished brother of Christopher of Angus, Ontario. Grandson of Don and Nancy Salmonds of Bowmanville, Ontario, and predeceased by grandparents Thomas and Elizabeth Cockburn.
He will also be greatly missed by uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Jacob’s life will be held at a later date.
He was absolutely a rare gem that truly wanted everyone to be the very best version of themselves. So smart and humorous. Heaven is wherever he is and he is so so forever loved.
Jacob was truly amazing. He was able to put a smile on my face even when there was days I didn’t want too. God rest his beautiful soul.
Rest easy Jacob you will be missed
