It is with great sadness we announce the passing of James “Bruce” Glennie. He kept his family laughing until he passed on peacefully in his sleep on December 3, 2023.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Marina Glennie.

He will be forever loved by his son, Scott (Nikki); daughter, Tracy and his grandchildren, James and Alexandra.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Trinity Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 1:00 pm followed by light refreshments.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bruce’s memory to a charity of your choosing.

  1. I met Bruce in the 1960s at Val Bergs and got to know some of his family over the years. My condolences to Tracy and the family at this time.

  2. I met Bruce when he worked for Val Bergs at Southgate Mall We were both Managers having lunch together often. He became one of my clients when is started Sagriff Mah & Associates.

  3. We want to express our deepest condolences to Tracy and family. Bruce was such a great kind man. We loved joking around and laughing with him. We met up with Bruce and Marina many times in Puerto Vallarta. They were such a warm and caring couple. Bruce, gracias for all the fun times we had with you.

  5. My deepest condolences to the family. I met Bruce at the Peter Hemminway Rec centre where we were both regulars. He was always great to talk with and one could tell that he was an honourable soul. May he rest in peace
