Jerry Helmak

July 20, 1940 - August 17, 2016

 On Wednesday, August 17, 2016  Jerry Helmak passed away at the age of 76 years.  Jerry is survived by his wife Patricia, sons Mark ( Sue), Bryan and granddaughter Elizabeth.  Jerry was predeceased by his mother Paulina and sister Marie.  The family extends sincere thanks to all the caregivers over the last number of years.
