Meagan Russell
With great sadness we announce that Meagan Russell passed unexpectedly on August 12th, 2022, at the age of 35. Meagan will be missed dearly by her son, Stirling Russell; husband, James Russell; sister Celina Marshall as well as parents Jacqueline Yacey, John Hansen, Donald Paquette, and Joanne Paquette. Loving daughter in law of Dave and Marion Russell and Bob and Carol burnside.
Meagan was born on July 20th, 1987, in Bonnyville Alberta. Her family moved to various locations but eventually settled in the Edmonton area, where she met her future husband, James. They went on to spend 18 unforgettable and adventure filled years together.
Meagan was a proud nurse, a fierce mother, and a loving wife. She left us too soon, but her memory will never fade.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Deepest sympathies to all of Meagan’s family. I worked with her years ago on dialysis in Edmonton. She was a wonderful person and nurse. She will be missed by all. Take care.

May I extend my deepest condolences to your family. I had the pleasure and honour of working with Meagan at CCA. She was an incredibly beautiful human being. There are just no words. Like you said, “Gone too soon”. Please know that she definitely had a positive impact in my life, just from knowing her!!
Very shocked and saddened to read about Maegan’s passing. I worked with her in the acute care unit at Westview Health Center. She was a vivacious, bubbly, and loving young woman who was also one of the best nurses I had the privilege to work with. My heartfelt condolences to her husband, son and extended family. May you find some comfort in knowing you’re surrounded by thoughts and prayers.
