Neil Raymond Jamieson

Neil Raymond Jamieson, 94, passed away Saturday December 16, 2023 surrounded by loved ones.

Neil was born in Ponoka, Alberta, September 4, 1929, the youngest child of Charles and Elizabeth Jamieson. Neil made many fond childhood memories growing up in Sedgwick, Alberta.

Neil spent his adult life in Edmonton, Alberta working as an accountant for Atlas Construction until retirement. Neil’s true joy was the family he raised and the many animals that were lucky to make his acquaintance.

Neil is survived by his loving family. His four children Neil (Patti), Kathy (Grant), Gordon (Debbie), and Allen (Kelly). He was proud of his six grandchildren Alysha, Wyatt (Avery), Elizabeth, Matthew, Kianna, and Lilee. His two great-grandchildren Anders and Valerie brought a twinkle to his eye.

Neil will be fiercely missed by his family and friends. He will be forever remembered for his independence, humour, kindness, generosity, and fiery attitude.
