
Neville Emmanuel Lamey
Neville Emmanuel Lamey passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at his home in Edmonton at the age of 89. Neville was born to Dennis and Edna Lamey (nee Rowe) on August 11, 1935 in Duncans, Crawle, Trelawny, Jamaica.
Neville was united in marriage to Murdina O'Connor on December 7, 1967 in England. They moved from England to Regina, Saskatchewan in 1968, where he worked as a heavy duty mechanic at IPSCO for 40 years. He retired and enjoyed gardening, golf, pickleball, dominoes, cars, the Saskatchewan Rider games and family time around the table.
Predeceased by his brothers Ernest, Weston and Chino, Neville is survived by Murdina, his loving wife of 58 years, sister Joyce (Pete) Peterson of USA, daughters Paulette (Dennis) Manz of BC and Jacqueline Lamey of Edmonton, grandsons Justin (Jessa) Manz of BC, Scott (Joanna) Manz of Regina, Todd (Judy) Manz of Regina and Kris Manz of Regina, as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.

We are so sorry to hear of Neville’s passing. He was such a character. It was a privilege to know him.
I will always remember Neville’s sense of humour and the laughs we shared.
