Walcott, Muriel Eileen (nee Searles)
On June 23, 2023 Muriel Walcott went to meet the Lord at the age of 99 years.
Predeceased by her husband Goldburn Walcott, Muriel will be lovingly remembered by her children; Monique Wilson, Judy (Leighton) Alexander, Michael Walcott, Shirley Walcott and Wayne Walcott (Sally Ulmer), grandchildren; Cheryl (Laurie) Callendar, Michael Searles, Trevor Searles, Yemi Adeniyi (Lindsey Swinton), Nicholas Alexander, Juliette Alexander, Raymond Walcott (Sarah Levesque), Andrea Walcott (Lenroy McLean), Andrew Walcott (Michelle Williams), Terrance Walcott and Whitney Walcott, great-grandchildren; Ronnie Searles, Andre Howard, Desiree Rempel, Bishop Adeniyi, Isis Adeniyi, Jozion Loco, Sarayah Walcott, Reneyah Walcott, Latoya Walcott-Hall, Laron Walcott, Jerrell Walcott, Jenaiya Walcott-Gaskin, Shandon Higgins and Andrew Higgins, great-great grandchildren; Starr Clarke, Darius Searles, Alyssa Howard, Adrian Rempel, Jeremiah L'Hirondelle, Keizara Walcott-Hall, Keshawn Walcott-Hall and Ezarynn Wall as well as numerous extended family and close friends.
A special thank you to the staff at Jubilee Lodge for the exceptional care given to Muriel during her stay.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 10:00 am at Shiloh Baptist Church,10727 114 St NW, Edmonton with interment to follow at Northern Lights Cemetery, 15203 Campbell Rd NW, Edmonton.
Muriel loved her family dearly and she will always remain in our hearts.
Sincere condolences to Muriel’s entire family. I enjoyed her friendship when she lived in Barbados.
