Aunt Ella lived an extraordinary life and her resilience to ever changing circumstances was noteworthy and something I would like to emulate.

  9. Linda. Robert and families,
Our deepest condolences on the loss of your mother, Ella. Many memories of Ella come to mind. She was a wonderful 4-H leader who shared her sewing skills with me. I still think of the many conversations we had while visiting her home in Govan. Just a lovely person. May she rest in peace.

  10. Linda, Robert and families,
My hearfelt condolences at the loss of your mother. Tante Ella was always so kind to me and I liked her philosophy that to have a good life you must do 2 things every day – go for a walk and have a shot (or maybe two) of vodka. She lived a long and extraordinary life and may your mother rest in peace.

  11. Robert, Linda and family. I extend my sincere condolences at the loss of your mother, and grandmother. As my great-Aunt I appreciated her strength, realism and understanding, whenever we met. She was a matriarch and will be greatly missed. I will always remember her making me “Strong Dubonnets” at Christmas!!
