It is with great sadness and peace in our hearts that we announce the passing of John Francis Campbell. John died on May 15th, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Dearly loved and forever remembered by his wife of almost 46 years, Mary, children Steve (Jessica); Ceara (Kyle Rolseth); and Ronan (Patrizia); beloved grandchildren Chloe, Molly, Kieran, Kinley and Aiden; brothers Joseph (Majella ), Michael (Carol), Austin (Rosemary) and brother in law Seamus; his numerous nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews; and all his extended family and dear friends.
Predeceased by his infant son, Kieran; father, Joseph; mother, Emma; and sister, Mary.
The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and homecare staff who helped take such great care of John during his illness.
A Celebration of John’s life will be held on Friday, May 25th at 2pm at Trinity Funeral Home, 10530 - 116th Street, Edmonton, Alberta.
Reception to follow at the Edmonton Irish Sport and Social Club,12546 - 126 Street.
