  4. My deepest condolences to Mikes son and his family. Mike touched the lives of everyone that was blessed to have known him. I worked with him at Dresser for 5 years, I could always count on Mike to put a smile on my face and help me in any way he could. We would talk all day about his love for his son, and all the funny things they did together. The world is a darker place now with his beautiful light now gone.

  5. My heartfelt condolences to Mike’s family. May the Lord give the family the strength to bear this irreparable loss. Pray that his soul rests in peace.

  6. I had the pleasure of working with Mike for only 4 months. He was a great guy with good sense of humor. You will be missed . Our deepest condolences to his family.

  7. My heartfelt sorrow goes out to you and your family.
“What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.”
    We will always miss you

  8. My condolences to Al and Cathy, and the rest of Mike’s family. Mike was great to work with, always a smile. The first time I met him, he asked me who looked younger, him or Al. So of course I said he did. I will miss his humour and his grin. Rest in Peace Mike.

  9. Since 2012 I have had the good fortune of knowing Mike as a friendly co-worker and an excellent company golf tournament teammate. I was very sad to learn that he is suddenly gone – Mike will be remembered fondly.

My condolences to Al and all of Mike’s family.

  10. Both Bob & I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to Mike’s family, especially to his son Kyle, and to Al as we all worked together at Dresser / Cameron for many years. Mike had a very beautiful soul and the biggest heart. His body has departed our world but his smile will always be here.

  12. I knew Mike when we were teenagers..he was my best friend.. I moved away to Vancouver and once when I returned to Edmonton to visit, we reconnected again..Now 30 yrs later, I’ve now returned to Edmonton to live and my 1st thought was to look Mike up and reconnect, as he really was one of my best friends/people I’ve met in my lifetime. While looking for him, I came across this page and found out he had died. This saddens me greatly.. I’m sure he’s still greatly missed by all..I read all the above statements.. and smiled as I knew what people said about him was so true.. great man who deeply love his son and saw life as the cup was always half full. I’m so sorry that we didn’t get that chance to have another beer, a smoke and laugh at all our teenage shenanigans..which were many.. and to create new memories.. love you Mike.. ♥
