A casual Celebration of Life will be hosted 4-7pm on Thursday June 5 @ The Royal Canadian Legion located at 14339-50 Street, Edmonton.

Interment at Mount Ida Cemetery, Salmon Arm BC.

Survived by loving relatives, parents Ron and Kathy Paskevich; older sister Laurie (Kent Knight); younger brother Jacob; grandparents Gord and Dixie Braun; many  cherished uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.

Family would like to sincerely thank you for sharing their sorrow and offering your support. Your thoughtfulness is appreciated and will always be remembered.

Mike was an extraordinary individual. He taught us lessons beyond his own comprehension, persevering through relentless adversity. We acknowledge and appreciate all the good people who saw beyond the frustration and helped Mike find comfort, joy, love, and acceptance over the years.

Mike made many friends while under the care and attention of Persons with Developmental Disabilities, Assured Income for the Severally Handicapped, The Robin Hood Association, Edmonton Special Olympics, Independent Counselling Enterprises, Catholic Social Services, Alberta Health Services, Misericordia Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital, University of Alberta Hospital, Alberta Hospital. It takes a village to raise a child; you are all Mike’s village.
